Refurb

Here you can see some photos of one of our developments where we are totally rebuilding this period house from the basement up. 
The work is being carried out by local Building Contractors; Hickory Construction Ltd, based in Bramley. 
Works include: totally gutting the interior back to the brick structure and removing all internal plaster work, installing brand new plumbing and electrics throughout all 4 floors. The house will have the addition of a fully tanked 3 room Garden 1 Bed Apartment with its own access. The ground floor will benefit from a brand-new open-plan kitchen/dining room and a large living or bedroom (2). There will be new efficient double glazed windows on all floors. On the second floor there will be a family bathroom with a further 3 double bedrooms and a new staircase will lead to a full loft conversion with a master bedroom (6) with en-suite shower room on the top floor.
